Ten Steps to attracting your desires

 

All around us is energy. It is something that cannot be ignored, although some people may choose to do so. At school they teach you about cellular structures, and how energy is created when an atom is split. It has been scientifically proven.This has opened the door towards accepting new concepts. Nowadays quantum physics is the new revolution being talked about. This takes on a more spiritual realm. Movies like' What the Bleep?" and 'Sliding doors' illustrates how a thought or action can be the catalyst to cause a whole chain of reactions. It opens up the door to possibilities, and gets the mind thinking about the what ifs? What if you could have more than you do now? Perhaps you would like to be richer, smarter, happier, healthier? What is it limiting your belief structure to turn these desires into possibilities?

In order to attain inner peace, and step towards inner enlightenment there are several things you can do to help yourself.

Firstly, determine what areas of your life you are unhappy with. Is it your health, wealth, friends, family or other?

Secondly, figure out why you are unhappy with these factors. Is it things that really matter to you, or are they things that you think should matter?

Thirdly, learn to identify things that resonate with you. By resonates I mean that feeling you get when you are excited. All the cells in your body feel alive. Perhaps you have felt it when you were in love before, or doing something courageous like jumping out of a plane, or public speaking. Learn to identify how it makes you feel as this is important. Think about what areas are being affected by these thoughts, and store that information for later.

Fourthly, think about what it was you wanted in step one. Have you got that feeling we were just talking about? If so, you are on the right track

Fifthly, declutter your life of all the unnecessary things that have been holding you back.  Let go of any emotional items, and any feelings that are associated with them. Clean up your living environment. Take some pride in your surroundings and notice how your state of mind seems more focused. If you have trouble letting go of things, get a stranger to help you. Make four piles- one for charity (the good karma will come back 20 fold) one for rubbish, one to sell and one for keeps. Notice how a weight suddenly feels like it has been lifted off your shoulders.

Sixthly, affirm each day what it is you want. Really believe that you deserve and create that feeling again of excitement. Visualise yourself already being wherever it is you want to go.

Seventhly, be grateful for whatever or whoever it is you have in your life. They say that there is always someone worse off then you.  It’s true. Be grateful for the small mercies, maybe it starts off being able to get out of bed in the morning. It might be having  food in the cupboards or a roof over your head. Maybe it is someone letting you in on the motorway, or doing a nice gesture. Notice how if you turn negatives into positives your mind starts to open up and start believing again. Open yourself up towards new possibilities.

Eigthly, learn to respect yourself and others. Learn to give without expecting anything back in return. I can assure you that your good nature will not go unnoticed and will come back to you, at some point in time, 20 fold!!

Ninthly, Tell yourself that you are deserving of whatever it is you want. Do not let fear and doubt control your life. Learn to love and trust that everything will be alright. If its not, know that you are strong enough to handle whatever negative it may be and dispel it from your life.

Ten, be bold and dare to dream. Ask for help along the way if you need it. Listen to your inner voice, even if people may think you are a little strange you are definitely not crazy!! There is always that person inside of you looking out for your best intentions. That person is the voice to your soul. Call it your intuition, guardian angle, god or whatever it is you might. You learn not to ignore it as it is your key to inner happiness.
